This volume collects the landmark issues that redefined Marvel’s mutants for a new generation. Read More …
I want to make the world better a better place one story at a time. It’s part of what drives me to write, teach creative writing classes, and work as a freelance editor. But I want to do more to promote stories that uplift, inspire, and entertain readers.
Unfortuantely, with as many as a million new books published each year, it’s tough for a lot of readers to decide what’s worth reading. That’s why I created Griffin Reads.
Inspired by my short story, The Griffin in the Library, I recommend both old and new books that I personally enjoy. Rather than focusing on long reviews, each recommendation includes some key details on the book along with a brief summary, a content guide, and my personal thoughts as a reader.
If you enjoy these recommendations, please share them on social media and subscribe to my newsletter for monthly Griffin Reads picks.
Happy reading!
